Description: Expel Lung Cold (Xiao Qing Long Pian) supports the body when cold and phlegm settle in the lungs. Breathing may then feel heavy, tight, or restricted. Zhang Zhong-Jing first recorded it in Shang Han Lun (Discussion of Cold-Induced Disorders) during the Eastern Han Dynasty, 25–220 A.D.
