Mag Glycinate provides you with a form of magnesium known as magnesium bis-glycinate, this is absorbed into the body in a similar way to amino acids. That means it’s not dependent on normal absorption via stomach acids, and is therefore faster-acting and more effective than other magnesium supplements. This product:
- promotes healthy bones
- promotes healthy muscles
- supports the nervous system
- helps with energy levels
Ingredients are, 100 mg of Magnesium (as magnesium bis-glycinate)
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), silica, and magnesium stearate (vegetable).
Directions: Take two tablets twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
This product is non-GMO, gluten free and vegetarian.
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.
