Menaquinone-7 is a bioactive, bioavailable, long-lasting form of the fat-soluble vitamin K2. Sufficient intake of vitamin K2 may positively influence cardiovascular function, overall cognition, and the health of skin and bones. Cholecalciferol is a fat-soluble vitamin and vital for the absorption of key minerals, hormone creation and improved resistance to certain diseases, working synergistically with vitamin K2 to promote overall wellbeing. Contains added MCT powder — sourced from coconut, and isolated as caprylic acid (C8), blended with acacia fibre (a soluble dietary prebiotic) — to enhance overall absorption.
